Hi there, my name is Bradyn Austin. I have been doing construction work here in the valley since 1988.

I can do many helpful handyman things around the house or i can help remodel the whole place.

From helping to fix a leaky sink to replumbing the entire kitchen, i can do it.

Here is a short list of things i can do:

Residential & Commercial Electric: Running 110volt & 220volt circuits in conduit & with romex or MC cable, hanging ceiling fans, recessed cans,cutting in/adding switches, outlets, & lights. Basically if its wiring in a house or commercial building i’m comfortable working with it & have done so for years.

Framing & finish carpentry: Build new walls inside existing structures,framing/cutting in doorways & installing doors, framing in new or walling up old openings. Hanging bifold doors & closet doors, doing doortrim & installing baseboard. Adding in new windows or walling up old ones.

Drywall: Popcorn Removal. Install,repair & texture drywall. I can do orange peel, knock down or skip trowel finishes & match existing textures as well. Cut in recessed arches or well,, whatever you can dream up.

Plumbing: Install new hot/cold copper/cpvc lines. Install ABS pipe for drains & vents. Install new fixtures & or sinks, add hot & cold washer boxes, dryer vents, fix leaks, change or install hose bibs.

Masonry: Build fence block walls or fancy slump block. Stucco block walls or stucco existing wall or doing stucco repairs.

Pour flat concrete slabs for Jacuzzi’s or sheds or whatever. I have finished alot of concrete & i can do a great looking job.

I live at 7th Street & Union Hills in North Phoenix.

I do what i say i am going to do when i say i am going to do it for the price we agree upon.

I am just as happy to do work for a home owner as i am to do work for a contractor.

Ahh haa Got it !! Here is some work we’ve done recently:

Here we cut in this recessed niche into existing drywall & added an LED light to the top

Here we cut in these recessed can lights, put them on a dimmer, repaired the drywall penetrations needed to help retrofit the wiring & then retextured.

Here we built this slump block wall & installed the gate.

Here we framed in a recessed kitchen ceiling, sheetrocked it & then textured.

Here we built a Monument sign for a yoga center at 24th Street & Osborn.
